Most users praise Close CRM for its speed, automation, and sales-focused features, with some mentioning that pricing is on the higher end.
Now that you know the overall ratings, I want to cover some specific reviews. Here are some reviews from users who have experienced the platform firsthand:
Simplicity is most certainly the most helpful thing about Close. What you see is what you get and the developers behind this software have somehow found a way to give sales teams like mine everything they need without sparing the essentials like custom pipelines, manual contact entry, or even bulk contact entry and call monitoring. My personal favourite is the in depth analytics you get for calls that you make and the notes areas you can write in within each contact / lead. I mention this because previously we’ve used Google Docs to record manually the outcomes of each calls, now we can do it all in one place which is insanely convenient for us.
From first glance I was sceptical about using Close CRM but now that I’ve had time to get familiar this is amazing!! Close feels like a sales CRM made by an actual sales team who knows what we want and how to do it. Opportunities, pipelines, email marketing, tracking, SMS and the A2P verification is insanely easy. Our sales team is integrating nicely and our leads are reengaging by the day.
The AI call summarizer is just what we needed as well as the live call monitoring. We record all our calls with third party software but having the notes summary is a massive weight off our shoulders. It notes things that some of our reps tend to miss. Dates, names, locations, etc.
As the titles goes, I am beyond impressed with the features and functions of Close CRM. I’ve recently switched from GoHighLevel to manage my team and my side businesses and Close has most of what I need to keep my team informed and my pipeline active. I really can’t go wrong with the integrations, switching from GHL was easy and there was no need for long YT tutorials to figure out what to do or how to do it.
One of my main uses cases for Close so far has been running simple email campaigns to my overseas clients. It’s really difficult to get working numbers for marketing purposes in my country (NZ) and Close closes that gap (pun intended). This alone has doubled my MRR because now I can reach audiences without the run around.
